 Youth Director

Immanuel is a purposefully diverse and passionate church community in Spokane that exists to worship God in simplicity and beauty, to extravagantly love all without distinction, and embody the Good News of God's kingdom through Jesus Christ.

We are seeking a relational, spiritually grounded, and creative self-starter to serve as our Youth Director. This part-time role (10 hours/week) is a significant investment in the next generation — an opportunity to discern and shape a middle and high school ministry from the ground up. Central to the role is recruiting and developing adult volunteers, because a thriving youth ministry is always a team effort. The right candidate will bring both vision and relational warmth, energized by building something meaningful alongside students and the adults who invest in them.

For detailed information about the position and how to apply, see the attached PDF: here.

 Church Planting Resident

The Church Planting Residency is offered by Immanuel in association with the Pacific Northwest Movement. It is a 1-2 year residency designed to build up, equip, and send church planters in Spokane and beyond. During this time, residents will have the opportunity to shadow Pastor Rob in a variety of environments, to hold a weight-bearing role in the life of Immanuel Church, to participate in Pacific Northwest Movement trainings and gatherings, and to engage in practical and theological training and education. In addition to these responsibilities, residents are required to fundraise a significant portion of their salary. To learn more, please email Pastor Rob at immanuelspokane@gmail.com
