We launched our monthly girls night for ladies age 10-14 last month and had a blast! This month we plan to bake something yummy together and get to know each other a bit better! Join us at 6:30pm at Alicia Powell’s house, and come ready for a yummy treat!
A spiritual formation and discipleship class with potential for baptism and/or membership at the conclusion. This is not required nor geared at any particular person; we simply hope to offer a foundational series of classes that ground us and grow us. Spots are limited (first 50 to sign up), so please sign up only if you plan to follow through with attending the full course!
As we enter into the fall season, our community is growing. Though we wish we could bust out the walls of our building and fit our whole community in one room, that is not what September holds for us. Instead, we will meet at 9am and 11am on Sunday mornings to ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed and has a place to sit.
Our church is highly connected with the Youth for Christ ministry in Spokane. A number of our church folks will be headed off to camp with a busload of youth from the West Central and Hillyard neighborhoods from August 11th-16th. This Sunday we will hear about their experiences and the ways in which God met kids and leaders on this trip.
