Lindsey Spencer | Director of Children's Ministry

Lindsey began attending Immanuel in 2020 and joined the Immanuel staff in 2025. She is deeply passionate about helping youth in their pursuit of God and in their learning, with specific focuses in creative worship, wrestling with questions, and community connection. She's particularly drawn to the Immanuel community because of its emphases in redemptive justice, honest conversations and authentic community, and genuine love for others and God. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education with an English Language Learners minor from Whitworth University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University. Outside of Immanuel, she also works as Chaplain and dance instructor for Jubilee Dance, where she works with youth in a Christ-centered dance program. In her free time, she loves spending time with loved ones, reading good books, eating yummy food, crafting, and dancing. If you see her, her husband Joe, or their son Grayson around church, say hi!
